Cooking Light’s Great American Healthy Lunch Box Challenge

Recently, I entered a few of my lunches in Cooking Light’s Great American Healthy Lunch Box Challenge. Basically, their editors are “searching for the healthiest, tastiest lunch – for school or office – in the country.” Hey, I know a thing or two about this. So I entered!

They just narrowed it down to 10 finalists in two categories: Lunchbox for Kids and Office Brown-Bag Lunch. Now it’s up to “the people” to select the winners.

GUESS WHAT?!?!? I just found out that my lunch: Post NYC-Gluttony Lunch is one of the five that made it in the Office Brown-Bag Lunch category! OMG! I can’t even believe it! Wahooo! Yipeee!

The winner of this contest gets their lunch featured in the Cooking Light’s September issue, as well as on-line. WOW! Just how incredibly AWESOME would that be?!?!

How awesome! The lunch looks scrumptious, and I was happy to vote for it. Good luck!
